AUTO ASSIGNOR EMAILS ( WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF ACTION )
Use the Automatic Email feature* to notify assignors of the following:

• Games declined by Official
• Game cancellation
• Critical changes to game details

OFFICIALS FEATURES

• Officials can Accept or Decline game in two ways:
  • Online - Log into GameOfficials.net to Accept or Decline games using our inuitive interface. Games can be accepted or declined in batch or individually.
  • Via Email - Officials receive an automated email informing them of new games. They then have the option of replying to the email to immediately Accept or Decline the game.
• Officials maintain their own personal contact information and can choose to hide sensitive contact information from other system users
• Automated Conflict Filters allow officials to input scenarios in which they should not officiate, such as:
  • Games involving teams that they might coach against
  • Games that include family members
  • Games that involve teams when the official is a school employee, teacher, student, etc
• Officials Availability Module allows officials to enter their availability right down to the date/hour (integrated with batch assigning modules to filter the list of officials available in a given time slot)
• Geographical Preferences Module allows officials to enter geographical preferences for assignments. The list of areas is added and maintained 100% by your organization so you can define areas that make sense for your area of coverage.
• Report game incidents online (including final reports in .pdf format). If a report can be emailed to the proper authority, the system can automatically email the report for you to ensure timely delivery. (Automatic fax capabilities may be added in the future as well)
• Keep appointment calendars complete by exporting personal game schedules into programs such as Microsoft Outlook®. The exported game details can include time, date, teams, location & driving directions, officials, and contact information of other officials.

Use the Automatic Email feature* to notify officials of the following:

• New game assignments
• Game cancellation
• Critical changes to details of assigned games
• Cancelled game assignements
• Game position changes (Center to AR, Home Plate to 1st Base, etc)

BILLING FEATURES

• Ability to bill leagues, teams, or teams groups
• Flexible billing system also handles almost any method of paying travel fees
• Bill officials for assignor fees when officials receive payment on-site instead of directly from your organization.
• Batch printing of invoices and pay statements
• Export billing transaction to QuickBooks®, Money®, etc. for external processing by your existing financial package.
• Export payments as check transaction to QuickBooks®, Money®, etc. for external processing by your existing financial package.

* Email a reminder to team contacts before each game to help eliminate scheduling issues when actual game information (time, team, or location) changes or is incorrectly entered on GameOfficials.net.
